Ethics are very important
in understanding coaching, as well as choosing and working with
a coach. A coach must be aware of — and pledge to uphold — a
comprehensive code of ethics.
I have pledged to understand and uphold
the Codes of Ethics of both the International Association
of Coaches and the International Coach Federation.
